Bei Gepäckschäden ist jede Klage ausgeschlossen, wenn Sie uns nicht unverzüglich nach Entdeckung des Schadens, spätestens jedoch 7 Tage nach Erhalt des Gepäcks, Anzeige über den Schaden erstatten; das gleiche gilt für die verspätete Auslieferung von Gepäck mit der Maßgabe, dass diese Anzeige unverzüglich, jedenfalls aber spätestens 21 Tage nach Andienung des Gepäcks zu erstatten ist.

If you wish to file a claim or an action regarding damage to Checked Baggage, you must notify us as soon as you discover the damage, and at the latest, within 7 days of receipt of the Baggage. Similarly, if you wish to file a claim or an action regarding delayed delivery of Checked Baggage, you must notify us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 21 days from the date that the Baggage has been placed at your disposal.
