ينبغي أن يُنبذ بحزم كل ما من شأنه أن يعارض البحث عن السلام والتعايش المرتكز إلى الاحترام بين اليهود والمسيحيين والمسلمين: اللجوء إلى العنف والإرهاب، أي نوع من التمييز لأسباب عرقية أو دينية، المطالبة بفرض وجهة النظر الخاصة على حساب حقوق الآخرين، معاداة السامية بكل أشكالها الممكنة، بالإضافة إلى العنف أو تعابير انعدام التسامح حيال الأشخاص أو أماكن العبادة اليهودية، المسيحية والمسلمة.

Mit Entschiedenheit muss alles verworfen werden, was sich der Verfolgung des Friedens und eines respektvollen Zusammenlebens von Juden, Christen und Muslimen entgegenstellt: Gewaltanwendung und Terrorismus, jede Art von Diskriminierung aufgrund der Rasse oder der Religion, der Anspruch, den eigenen Gesichtspunkt auf Kosten der Rechte anderer durchzusetzen, Antisemitismus in all seinen möglichen Formen sowie Gewalt oder Äußerungen von Intoleranz gegen jüdische, christliche und muslimische Personen oder Kultstätten.

There is likewise need for a firm rejection of all that is opposed to the cultivation of peace and respectful relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims. We think, for example, of recourse to violence and terrorism, all forms of discrimination on the basis of race or religion, attempts to impose one’s own point of view at the expense of the rights of others, anti-Semitism in all its possible expressions, and signs of intolerance directed against individuals or places of worship, be they Jewish, Christian or Muslim.
