سيعتبر تأخر الحكومة في سداد كل قسط مستحق على حدة لأكثر من ثلاثة أشهر عدم امتثال لهذا الاتفاق، وسيبلّغ للهيئات الحاكمة.

A delay of more than three months by the Government in the payment of each individual instalment due shall be considered as non-compliance with this Agreement and shall be reported to the governing bodies.

Se considerará que un retraso del Gobierno de más de tres meses en el pago de cada uno de los plazos vencidos constituye un incumplimiento del presente Acuerdo, y se comunicará a los órganos rectores.
