I betragtning af, at de kontraherende parter i EOES-aftalen er fast besluttede paa at saette aftalen i kraft senest den 1. juli 1993, og under henvisning til artikel 15 i frihandelsoverenskomsten mellem EOEF og Republikken Finland, er EOEF og Republikken Finland enige om, at aftalen i form af brevveksling mellem EOEF og Republikken Finland om visse arrangementer paa landbrugsomraadet, der blev undertegnet den 2. maj 1992 i Porto, skal anvendes foreloebigt fra den 15. april 1993.

Taking into account the determination of the Contracting Parties to the EEA Agreement to bring that Agreement into force by 1 July 1993, and with reference to Article 15 of the Free Trade Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Finland, the European Economic Community and the Republic of Finland agree that the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Economic Community and the Republic of Finland concerning certain arrangements in the field of agriculture, signed in Oporto on 2 May 1992, shall be applied provisionally as from 15 April 1993.

Teniendo en cuenta la determinación de las Partes contratantes del Acuerdo EEE de poner en vigor dicho Acuerdo el 1 de julio de 1993, y en relación con el artículo 15 del Acuerdo de libre comercio entre la CEE y la República de Finlandia, la CEE y la República de Finlandia convienen en que el Acuerdo en forma de canje de notas entre la CEE y la República de Finlandia sobre determinados acuerdos en el sector agrícola, firmado en Oporto el 2 de mayo de 1992, se aplique provisionalmente a partir del 15 de abril de 1993.

Gezien het voornemen van de overeenkomstsluitende partijen bij de EER-Overeenkomst om deze Overeenkomst op 1 juli 1993 in werking te laten treden en gelet op artikel 15 van de Vrijhandelsovereenkomst tussen de Europese Economische Gemeenschap en de Republiek Finland, komen de Republiek Finland en de Europese Economische Gemeenschap overeen dat de op 2 mei 1992 te Porto ondertekende Overeenkomst in de vorm van een briefwisseling tussen de Europese Economische Gemeenschap en de Republiek Finland betreffende sommige regelingen op landbouwgebied, met ingang van 15 april 1993 voorlopig zal worden toegepast.
