A water-absorbent sheet composite (10) having such a structure that an absorbent layer (13) which contains both a water -absorbent resin (12) and an adhesive (11) is sandwiched between face and back non-woven fabric sheets, wherein (1) the face non-woven fabric sheet (14) is made of a water-permeable non-woven fabric having a water penetration velocity of 10 sec or below, and (2) the back non-woven fabric sheet (15) is made of a water-holding non-woven fabric having a water absorbing capacity of 250g/m2 or more; and an absorbent article wherein the water-absorbent sheet composite (10) is sandwiched between a liquid-permeable sheet and a liquid-impermeable sheet.

L'invention concerne un composite de feuilles absorbant l'eau (10) ayant une structure telle qu'une couche absorbante (13) qui contient à la fois une résine absorbant l'eau (12) et un adhésif (11) est prise en sandwich entre des feuilles de tissu non tissées avant et arrière, où (1) la feuille de tissu non tissée avant (14) est faite d'un tissu non-tissé perméable à l'eau ayant une vitesse de pénétration de l'eau de 10 secondes ou au-dessous, et (2) la feuille de tissu non-tissé arrière (15) est faite d'un tissu non tissé retenant l'eau ayant une capacité d'absorption d'eau de 250g/m2 ou plus; et un article absorbant dans lequel le composite de feuilles absorbant l'eau (10) est pris en sandwich entre une feuille perméable aux liquides et une feuille imperméable aux liquides.
