These complexities, together with the limited riverine capacity, had a significant impact on the Mission’s mobility given the vast network of waterways in South Sudan, thereby creating heavy demand on air assets, which resulted in difficulties in transportation to reach locations, the conduct of air reconnaissance, the deployment of civilian-military integrated teams for early warning, the resupply of UNMISS bases and the rotation of troops in the deep field.

Esas complejas circunstancias, junto con la limitada capacidad de transporte fluvial, afectaron significativamente a la movilidad de la Misión, dada la extensa red fluvial de Sudán del Sur, y crearon una gran demanda de recursos de aviación que causaron problemas para el transporte a determinados lugares, las actividades de reconocimiento aéreo, el despliegue de equipos integrados cívico-militares para la alerta temprana, el reabastecimiento de las base de la UNMISS y la rotación de los contingentes en lugares remotos.

В сочетании с неразвитостью речного транспорта при наличии обширной сети судоходных путей в Южном Судане эти трудности значительно сказались на мобильности Миссии и обусловили необходимость значительного задействования воздушных средств, что вызвало затруднения в транспортом обеспечении различных точек, проведении воздушной разведки, развертывании объединенных военно-гражданских групп раннего предупреждения, пополнении запасов баз МООНЮС и ротации военнослужащих в полевых условиях.
