إذا توافرت للحكومة أسباب ظاهرة الوجاهة تشير إلى إساءة أي من أفراد وحدتها الوطنية السلوك على نحو جسيم، فإنها تقوم دون إبطاء بإبلاغ الأمم المتحدة بذلك وإحالة المسألة إلى سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة لإجراء التحقيقات.

In the event that the Government has prima facie grounds indicating that any member of its national contingent has committed an act of serious misconduct, it shall without delay inform the United Nations and forward the case to its appropriate national authorities for the purposes of investigation.

En caso de que el Gobierno tenga indicios suficientes para sospechar que miembros del contingente nacional han cometido una falta grave de conducta, informará sin demora a las Naciones Unidas y remitirá el caso a las autoridades nacionales pertinentes para que realicen una investigación.
