We seek the removal of restrictions on all aspects of cooperation and technology transfers pertaining to civil nuclear energy ‐ ranging from nuclear fuel, nuclear reactors, to re-processing spent fuel, i.e. all aspects of a complete nuclear fuel cycle.

हम सिविल परमाणु ऊर्जा जो परमाणु ईंधन, परमाणु रिएक्टर से लेकर प्रयुक्त ईंधन को पुन: उपयोगी बनाने अर्थात् परमाणु ईंधन के पूर्ण चक्र के सभी पहलुओं से संबंधित सहयोग और प्रौद्योगिकी के स्थानांतरण के सभी पहलुओं पर प्रतिबंधों को हटाने की मांग करते हैं ।
