Mit dieser Methode lassen sich noch 0,05 μg Digitoxin genau erfassen. Beim Einsatz von 30 ml Venenblut pro Bestimmung wurde eine Blutkonzentration von 0,03 μg/ml beim Volldigitalisierten gemessen.
