ويشمل هذا المجلس ممثلين عن وزارة الصحة وعن المستشارين الصحيين التابعين لأقاليم الحكم الذاتي، باعتباره هيئة لتقديم الدعم العلمي والتقني لنظام الصحة الوطني.
