His Majesty King Carl Gustaf XVI of Sweden, Honorary President of the World Scout Foundation, this week visited Sarcelles, France to meet with a group of local Scouts (aged between 18-25) and get a first-hand view of the social impact of Scouting by the Scouts and Guides of France.
