Ich beehre mich, Ihnen hiermit den Bericht der Moderatoren über die Konsultationen zur Frage der ausgewogenen Vertretung und der Erhöhung der Zahl der Mitglieder im Sicherheitsrat und zu anderen mit dem Sicherheitsrat zusammenhängenden Fragen zu übermitteln (siehe Anhang II).
