Based on this statement, the aim of the current work was to test the effects of a Lactobacillus casei DN114001 fermented milk consumption on the immune response capacity in middle-age volunteers.

El objetivo del presente trabajo consistió en verificar dichos efectos tras consumo de leche fermentada conteniendo Lactobacillus casei DN114001. En el estudio participaron 45 voluntarios sanos, 23 mujeres y 22 hombres, de edad entre 51 y 58 años.
