ويمكن أن تعزى التغيرات التي حدثت للعوامل التالية: ‘1‘ التحسن في الاقتصاد البرازيلي، حيث نما الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بنسبة 4.9 في المائة في عام 2004، مما أثر تأثيراً إيجابياً على سوق العمل ومستوى العمالة والدخل من العمل؛ و‘2‘ الزيادة الحقيقية في قيمة الحد الأدنى للأجور - بنسبة 75 في المائة في السنوات الثلاث الماضية، مما كان له أثر بالغ في تسيير سوق العمل بشكل سليم وفي الدخل المرتبط بالتحويلات الاتحادية (الضمان الاجتماعي والرعاية الاجتماعية)؛ و‘3‘ التحويلات في إطار برنامج منحة الأسرة.

The changes occurred may be ascribed to the following factors: i) the improvement in the Brazilian economy, as the Gross Domestic Product grew 4.9% in 2004, positively impacting on the labor market, the employment level, and the income from labor; ii) the real increase in the value of the minimum salary - a 75% increase in the last three years, which has been significant for the proper functioning of the labor market and for income associated with federal transfers (Social Security and Welfare); and iii) transfers under the Family Grant Program.

Los cambios registrados pueden atribuirse a los siguientes factores: i) la mejora de la economía brasileña, puesto que el producto interno bruto creció un 4,9% en 2004, influyendo positivamente en el mercado laboral, el nivel de empleo y los ingresos procedentes del trabajo; ii) el aumento real del valor del salario mínimo, de un 75% en los tres últimos años, factor importante para el funcionamiento apropiado del mercado laboral y para los ingresos asociados con las transferencias federales (Seguridad Social y Asistencia Social); y iii) las transferencias en el marco del Programa de Subsidio Familiar.

Les changements intervenus peuvent être attribués aux facteurs suivants : i) amélioration de l'économie brésilienne – le PIB ayant augmenté de 4,9 % en 2004 a influé favorablement sur le marché du travail, les taux d'emploi et le revenu provenant de l'activité professionnelle; ii) augmentation réelle de la valeur du salaire minimum – augmentation de 75 % ces trois dernières années, qui a compté dans le bon fonctionnement du marché du travail et les revenus liés aux transferts fédéraux (sécurité sociale et protection sociale) et iii) transferts au titre du programme d'aide aux familles.

Произошедшие изменения можно объяснить следующими факторами: i) улучшением состояния бразильской экономики, проявившимся в росте валового внутреннего продукта в 2004 году на 4,9%, что позитивно сказалось на рынке труда, уровне занятости и размере трудовых доходов; ii) реальным повышением покупательной способности минимального оклада ‐ на 75% за последние три года, что оказало существенное влияние на нормальное функционирование рынка труда и размер доходов, получаемых из федеральных фондов (фонды социального обеспечения и вспомоществования); и iii) помощью по линии программы субсидирования семейных бюджетов.
