وبالنظر إلى أن أمن البعثات المعتمدة لدى الأمم المتحدة وسلامة موظفيها أمران لا بد منهما لكي تباشر هذه البعثات عملها على نحو فعال، تقدر اللجنة الجهود التي يبذلها البلد المضيف لتحقيق ذلك، وتتوقع أن يواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة للحيلولة دون أي عرقلة لعمل البعثات؛

Considering that the security of the missions accredited to the United Nations and the safety of their personnel are indispensable for their effective functioning, the Committee appreciates the efforts made by the host country to this end and anticipates that the host country will continue to take all measures necessary to prevent any interference with the functioning of the missions;

Teniendo en cuenta que la seguridad de las misiones acreditadas ante las Naciones Unidas y la de su personal son indispensables para su eficaz funcionamiento, el Comité expresa su reconocimiento por la labor realizada por el país anfitrión con ese fin y espera que éste siga adoptando todas las medidas necesarias para impedir toda injerencia en el funcionamiento de las misiones;

Considérant que la sécurité des missions accréditées auprès de l’Organisation des Nations Unies et de leur personnel est indispensable pour que celles-ci puissent bien fonctionner, le Comité apprécie les efforts faits par le pays hôte dans ce sens et compte que ce dernier continuera à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour empêcher toute entrave au bon fonctionnement des missions;
