نحن، الرؤساء الدستوريين لجمهوريات السلفادور وهندوراس ونيكاراغوا، وقد اجتمعنا في مدينة ماناغوا، نيكاراغوا، بهدف تعميق وتوسيع نطاق علاقات الأخوة والتفاهم والتعاون في إطار تحقيق مزيد من التكامل والوحدة في أمريكا الوسطى، بما يضمن التعاون على أساس العدل والتضامن من أجل التنمية المستدامة لمنطقة أمريكا الوسطى، نقرر بدء عهد جديد من التعاون بغية معالجة المسائل المتعلقة بخليج فونسيكا وتسويتها بالكامل، عن طريق حوار صريح وبناء يتم التطرق فيه لمواضيع في جملتها

We, the Presidents of the Republics of El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, meeting in the city of Managua, Nicaragua, with a view to broadening and deepening the bonds of fraternity, understanding and cooperation within the framework of a process of Central American integration and growing unity which will guarantee cooperation in a spirit of fairness and solidarity in order to achieve the sustainable development of the Central American region, have decided to begin a new era of collaboration and cooperation in order to address and resolve, in a holistic manner, issues relating to the Gulf of Fonseca by means of an open and constructive dialogue on, inter alia, the following topics

Los Presidentes Constitucionales de las Repúblicas de El Salvador, Honduras y Nicaragua, reunidos en la ciudad de Managua, Nicaragua, con el objeto de profundizar y ampliar las relaciones de hermandad, entendimiento y cooperación en el marco de un proceso centroamericano de integración y unidad creciente, que asegure la cooperación justa y solidaria para el desarrollo sostenible de la región centroamericana, hemos decidido iniciar una nueva era de colaboración y cooperación para abordar y resolver íntegramente los temas relacionados con el Golfo de Fonseca, por medio de un diálogo franco y constructivo en el cual se deberán abordar, entre otros, los temas siguientes
