وبعد دراسة المادة السرية، أبلغت المحكمة العليا مقدم الالتماس أن الجهة المدعى عليها وافقت على النظر في السماح لمقدم الالتماس بمغادرة البلد لمدة ثلاث سنوات كبديل للاحتجاز الإداري.
