It is stressed once again that, if the objective is to prolong MAGP IV for one year, it is unacceptable to introduce far-reaching changes at the last minute which would completely change the philosophy both of an MAGP which has already been in operation for almost five years and of the FIFG Regulation, particularly where these changes would have a negative impact on maritime safety, quality of life and safety for crews, the value and quality of catches and hygiene and health conditions.

Ancora una volta, è il caso di insistere sul fatto che, se l'obiettivo è quello di prorogare di un anno il POP IV, non è possibile accettare l'introduzione, all'ultimo momento, di modifiche di vasta portata, che alterano completamente la filosofia sia di un POP in corso da quasi cinque anni, sia del regolamento SFOP, soprattutto quando tali modifiche si ripercuoterebbero negativamente sulla sicurezza marittima, sulla qualità della vita e la sicurezza dell'equipaggio, sul valore e la qualità delle catture nonché sulle condizioni igieniche e sanitarie.

Opnieuw wordt erop gewezen dat, als wordt gestreefd naar verlenging van MOP IV met een jaar, niet kan worden geaccepteerd dat op het laatste moment ingrijpende wijzigingen worden ingevoerd die de filosofie achter een al bijna vijf jaar lopend MOP en achter de FIOV-verordening op zijn kop zou zetten, laat staan wanneer deze wijzigingen een negatief effect hebben op de veiligheid op zee, de kwaliteit van het bestaan en de veiligheid van de bemanning, de waarde en de kwaliteit van de vis en de hygiëne.

Insistimos uma vez mais no facto de que se o objectivo é prorrogar a vigência do POP IV durante mais um ano, não deverão ser aceites alterações de última hora e de grande monta que alteram completamente não só a filosofia de um POP que se encontra em funcionamento há quase cinco anos como, inclusivamente, a do Regulamento IFOP. Muito menos quando estas alterações se irão repercutir de forma negativa na segurança marítima, na qualidade de vida e segurança das tripulações, no valor e qualidade das capturas e nas condições sanitárias e de higiene.
