ويلاحظ الفريق العامل أن الحكومة لم تغتنم هذه الفرصة لتقديم تفسير لمختلف الادعاءات المتعلقة بانتهاكات الإجراءات القانونية الواجبة سواء بالإقرار بأنها قد حدثت بالفعل كما أشار المصدر أو عن طريق دحضها أو الاعتراض عليها بشكل آخر.

The Working Group notes that the Government does not avail itself of the opportunity of offering an explanation for the various allegations in relation to due process violations either by acknowledging that these have indeed taken place as identified by the source or by rebutting or otherwise disputing them.

Le Groupe de travail note que le Gouvernement ne saisit pas l’occasion qui lui est offerte de répondre aux différentes allégations d’atteintes aux garanties d’une procédure régulière, que ce soit en reconnaissant que ces atteintes ont effectivement eu lieu telles qu’elles sont décrites par la source, en réfutant les allégations ou encore en les contestant.
