Reciprocal visits (sections 5.6.1, 5.7.1 of the Program) f) Archives g) Libraries 1) At least three months in advance, the sending Party will provide the following information through diplomatic channels: a. the coordinates to the host Party of the proposed participants, their résumés and their knowledge of foreign languages; b. the scheduled arrival date and the length of the visit.
