وقال إن الوفود الثلاثة، إدراكا منها لأهمية ضمان الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة للعمليات الجوية في وقت يشهد زيادة كبيرة في تكلفتها، تتطلع إلى الحصول على التقرير الشامل عن هذا الموضوع الذي طلبته اللجنة الاستشارية، سترحب بالمثل بتقارير عن التكاليف التشغيلية الرئيسية الأخرى مثل إدارة الوقود والهياكل الأساسية.

Recognizing the importance of ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of air operations at a time of a significant increase in their cost, the three delegations looked forward to the comprehensive report on the subject requested by the Advisory Committee and would similarly welcome reports on other major operational costs such as fuel management and infrastructure.

Reconociendo la importancia de la eficiencia y la eficacia en función de los costos de las operaciones aéreas en un momento en que sus costos aumentan apreciablemente, las tres delegaciones aguardan con interés el informe general sobre el tema solicitado por la Comisión Consultiva, y acogerán con la misma satisfacción los informes que se presenten sobre otros gastos operacionales, de importancia como la gestión del combustible y la infraestructura.

Признавая важность обеспечения эффективности и экономичности воздушных перевозок в условиях значительного повышения их стоимости, три делегации ожидают получения всеобъемлющего доклада по данному вопросу, запрошенного Консультативным комитетом, и, аналогичным образом, приветствовали бы получение докладов об оперативных расходах по другим крупнейшим категориям, таким как снабжение топливом и функционирование инфраструктуры.
