An information terminal (10B) receives a plurality of UDP packets each having a given data size and sequentially transmitted in a given time interval and a predetermined order, extracts a set of UDP packets, the transmitting order and receiving order of which are each sequential and are aligned, from the received UDP packets, calculates an evaluation value for evaluating the delay state of a communication path between an information terminal (10A) and the information terminal (10B) on the basis of a comparison between the received time interval of the packets in each extracted set of UDP packets and a given time interval, and determines if the bit rate of the UDP packets is available on the basis of a comparison between the calculated evaluation value and a threshold value.

Un terminal d'informations (10B) reçoit une pluralité de paquets UDP ayant chacun une taille de données précise et étant transmis de façon séquentielle au cours d'un certain intervalle de temps et dans un ordre prédéfini, extrait des paquets UDP reçus une série de paquets UDP dont l'ordre d'émission et l'ordre de réception sont séquentiels et alignés, calcule une valeur d'évaluation servant à évaluer l'état de retard d'un chemin de communication entre un terminal d'informations (10A) et lui-même sur la base de la comparaison de l'intervalle de temps des paquets reçu dans chaque série de paquets UDP extraite et d'un certain intervalle de temps, et détermine si le débit binaire des paquets UDP est disponible en se basant sur la comparaison de la valeur d'évaluation calculée et d'une valeur seuil.

情報端末10Bは、それぞれ所与のデータサイズの複数のUDPパケットであって、所与の時間間隔かつ予め定められた順序で順次送信された複数のUDPパケットを受信し、受信されたUDPパケットのうち、送信順序と受信順序がそれぞれ連続しており、かつ送信順序と受信順序が整合しているUDPパケットの組を抽出し、抽出されたUDPパケットの組のそれぞれにおけるパケットの受信時間間隔と、所与の時間間隔との比較に基づいて、情報端末10Aと情報端末10Bとの通信経路の遅延状態を評価する評価値を算出し、算出された評価値が閾値との比較に基づいて、UDPパケットのビットレートが利用可能か否かを判定する。
