يقر بعقد المقرر الخاص حواراً مع ممثلي جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية في نيويورك في 27 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2014، ويحث حكومة جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية، من خلال مواصلة الحوار، على دعوة المقرر الخاص والتعاون التام معه، وعلى تمكين المقرر الخاص وموظفي الدعم من زيارة البلد من دون قيود، وتزويدهم بجميع المعلومات اللازمة كي يتسنى لهم إنجاز هذه الولاية، وكذلك تعزيز التعاون التقني مع المفوضية السامية؛

Acknowledges that the Special Rapporteur held a dialogue with the representatives of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in New York on 27 October 2014, and urges the Government of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, through continuous dialogues, to invite and to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, and to give the Special Rapporteur and supporting staff unrestricted access to visit the country, and to provide them with all information necessary to enable them to fulfil such a mandate, and also to promote technical cooperation with the Office of the High Commissioner;

Reconoce que el Relator Especial mantuvo un diálogo con los representantes de la República Popular Democrática de Corea en Nueva York el 27 de octubre de 2014, e insta al Gobierno de la República Popular Democrática de Corea a que, a través de diálogos continuos, invite y ofrezca plena cooperación al Relator Especial y a que permita al Relator Especial y su personal de apoyo el acceso sin restricciones para que visiten el país y les facilite toda la información que necesiten para cumplir ese mandato, y también a que promueva la cooperación técnica con la Oficia del Alto Comisionado;

Reconnaît que le Rapporteur spécial a tenu un dialogue avec les représentants de la République populaire démocratique de Corée à New York le 27 octobre 2014, et demande instamment au Gouvernement de la République populaire démocratique de Corée, au moyen d’un dialogue continu, d’inviter le Rapporteur spécial et de coopérer pleinement avec lui, ainsi que de lui permettre, avec ses collaborateurs, d’effectuer librement des visites dans le pays et de leur apporter toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin pour s’acquitter de leur mandat, et aussi de promouvoir la coopération technique avec le Haut‐Commissariat;

принимает к сведению тот факт, что Специальный докладчик провел диалог с представителями Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики в Нью-Йорке 27 октября 2014 года, и настоятельно призывает правительство Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики на основе продолжающихся диалогов направить приглашение Специальному докладчику и в полной мере сотрудничать с ним и предоставить Специальному докладчику и его помощникам беспрепятственный доступ для посещения страны, снабдив их всей необходимой информацией для выполнения такого мандата, а также поощрять техническое сотрудничество с Управлением Верховного комиссара;
