(1) Ist im Register für gemeinschaftliche Sortenschutzrechte die Erhebung einer Klage zur Geltendmachung eines Anspruchs im Sinne von Artikel 98 Absatz 1 der Grundverordnung eingetragen, kann das Amt das Verfahren zur Erteilung einer Zwangslizenz aussetzen.

1. If the commencement of an action in respect of a claim referred to in Article 98(1) of the basic Regulation against the holder has been entered in the Register of Community Plant Variety Rights, the Office may suspend the proceedings on the grant of a compulsory licence.
