Har Raadet pr. 31. december 1990 ikke fastsat den ordning, der skal gaelde for ansoegninger, der indgives fra den 1. januar 1991 om stoette til investeringer i svinekoedssektoren, anvendes de betingelser, som er fastsat for denne sektor i artikel 3, stk. 4, og i artikel 6, stk. 4, andet afsnit, andet led, ikke paa stoette, som ydes til nye familiebedrifter eller til omstrukturering af kooperative bedrifter, hvis antallet af svinepladser paa de nye eller omstrukturerede bedrifter som helhed ikke overstiger antallet af svinepladser paa de tidligere bedrifter.

If the Council has not adopted, by 31 December 1990, the arrangements for applications submitted from 1 January 1991 for investment aid in the pig production sector, the conditions in Article 3 (4) and the second indent of the second subparagraph of Article 6 (4) shall not apply to aid granted in the context of the creation of new family holdings or the restructuring of cooperative holdings if the number of pig places on all the new or restructured holdings does not exceed the number of pig places previously held on the old holdings.

Dans le cas où le Conseil n'aurait pas arrêté le 31 décembre 1990 le régime applicable aux demandes introduites à partir du 1er janvier 1991 relatives aux aides pour les investissements concernant le secteur de la production porcine, les conditions prévues pour ce secteur à l'article 3 paragraphe 4 et à l'article 6 paragraphe 4 deuxième alinéa deuxième tiret ne s'appliquent pas aux aides octroyées dans le cadre de nouvelles exploitations familiales ou de la restructuration d'exploitations coopératives si le nombre de places de porcs présentes sur l'ensemble des exploitations nouvelles ou restructurées ne dépasse pas le nombre de places de porcs détenues auparavant par les anciennes exploitations.

Als de Raad op 31 december 1990 geen regeling zou hebben vastgesteld voor de aanvragen die op of na 1 januari 1991 worden ingediend voor investeringssteun in de sector varkenshouderij, zijn in de artikel 3, lid 4, en in artikel 6, lid 4, tweede alinea tweede streepje, voor die sector vastgestelde voorwaarden niet van toepassing op de steun die wordt verleend in het kader van de oprichting van nieuwe gezinsbedrijven of van de herstructurering van cooeperatrieve bedrijven, als het aantal varkensplaatsen op het totale aantal nieuwe of geherstructureerde bedrijven niet groter is dan het aantal varkensplaatsen dat tevoren bestond in de oude bedrijven.
