تطلب إلى الأمين العام، في هذا الصدد، أن يكفل التفاوض مع مدير التشييد بشأن أفضل الأحكام والشروط التي تصون مصالح المنظمة فيما يتعلق بخطاب الاعتماد الجماعي الدولي؛

Requests the Secretary-General, in this regard, to ensure that the best possible terms and conditions that preserve the interests of the Organization are negotiated with the construction manager in respect of the internationally syndicated letter of credit;

Pide al Secretario General que, a ese respecto, asegure que se negocien con el administrador de la construcción los mejores términos y condiciones posibles que preserven los intereses de la Organización en relación con la carta de crédito emitida por un sindicato internacional;

Prie, à cet égard, le Secrétaire général de veiller à ce que les conditions les plus favorables possibles pour la sauvegarde des intérêts de l’Organisation soient négociées avec le directeur des travaux au sujet de la lettre de crédit émise par un consortium international;
