ويخضع للمسؤولية وفقا لتشريعات جمهورية أرمينيا موظفو الهيئة المأذون لها في حالة قيامهم بإفشاء المعلومات المصرفية السرية المقدمة إلى الهيئة المأذون لها وفقا لهذا القانون والصكوك القانونية الموحدة المعتمدة بناء عليه، أو الإفشاء غير المشروع للمعلومات السرية التجارية والرسمية.

For disclosing the information of banking secrecy submitted to the Authorized Body on the basis of this law and legal standard acts passed on the basis of this law, as well as illegal disclosure of information that is commercial and official secret the employees of the Authorized Body shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Los empleados del organismo competente incurrirán en responsabilidades de conformidad con la legislación de la República de Armenia por la divulgación de la información sujeta a secreto bancario presentada al organismo competente con arreglo a la presente ley o a disposiciones aprobadas sobre la base de ésta, así como por la divulgación ilegal de información que sea secreto comercial y oficial.

La divulgation de renseignements couvertes par le secret bancaire qui ont été communiqués à un organe compétent en application de la présente loi et de ses règlements et la divulgation illicite de renseignements constituant un secret commercial ou un secret d’État engagent la responsabilité des employés de l’organe compétent, conformément aux lois de la République.

Сотрудники Уполномоченного органа несут установленную законом Республики Армения ответственность за разглашение содержащих банковскую тайну сведений, которые были представлены в Уполномоченный орган в соответствии с настоящим Законом и принятым на его основе правовым актом, а также несут ответственность за незаконное разглашение сведений, содержащих коммерческую и служебную тайну.
