In accordance with provisions of the Law on Health Insurance, the right to health protection is secured for persons belonging to the category of socially threatened population, in case they do not meet the conditions for gaining insured status on the basis of employment or some other basis provided by law, or if they do not enjoy rights to mandatory health insurance as members of an insurer’s family.

Con arreglo a la Ley sobre el seguro de enfermedad, se garantiza el derecho a la atención de la salud a las personas socialmente vulnerables aun si no reúnen las condiciones de cobertura por empleo o los demás supuestos previstos por la legislación o aun si no tienen derecho al seguro de enfermedad obligatorio como familiares de un cotizante.

Conformément aux dispositions de la loi sur l’assurance maladie, le droit à la protection de la santé est garanti aux personnes qui sont en situation de vulnérabilité sociale et qui ne satisfont pas aux conditions nécessaires pour être assurées au titre de leur emploi ou à un autre titre prévu par la loi ou qui n’ont pas droit aux prestations de l’assurance maladie obligatoire en tant que membre de la famille d’un assuré.

В соответствии с положениями Закона о медицинском страховании право на охрану здоровья гарантируется для лиц, относящихся к категории населения, находящегося в социально неблагоприятных условиях, в том случае, если они не удовлетворяют условиям получения статуса застрахованного лица на основе своей занятости или на какой‐либо другой основе, предусмотренной законом, или если они не пользуются правами на обязательное страхование здоровья в качестве членов семьи застрахованного лица.
