تلاحظ مع التقدير أن عددا متزايدا من الدول ووكالات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية تستخدم المبادئ التوجيهية، وتشجع على زيادة نشرها وتطبيقها، وتعرب عن تقديرها لنشر المبادئ التوجيهية والترويج لها في الحلقات الدراسية الإقليمية وغيرها من الحلقات الدراسية المعنية بالتشرد، وتشجع ممثل الأمين العام على مواصلة المبادرة إلى عقد مثل هذه الحلقات الدراسية أو مواصلة دعمها بالتشاور مع المنظمات الإقليمية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من المؤسسات ذات الصلة، وعلى تقديم الدعم للجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز بناء القدرات والترويج لاستخدام المبادئ التوجيهية؛

stellt mit Genugtuung fest, dass immer mehr Staaten, Organisationen der Vereinten Nationen sowie Regionalorganisationen und nichtstaatliche Organisationen die Leitgrundsätze nutzen, befürwortet die weitere Verbreitung und Anwendung der Leitgrundsätze, dankt für die Verbreitung und Förderung der Leitgrundsätze auf regionalen und sonstigen Seminaren zum Thema Vertreibung und legt dem Beauftragten des Generalsekretärs nahe, im Benehmen mit Regionalorganisationen, zwischenstaatlichen und nichtstaatlichen Organisationen und anderen zuständigen Institutionen auch künftig derartige Seminare zu veranstalten oder zu unterstützen sowie die Anstrengungen zur Förderung des Kapazitätsaufbaus und der Anwendung der Leitgrundsätze zu unterstützen

Notes with appreciation that an increasing number of States, United Nations agencies and regional and non-governmental organizations are making use of the Guiding Principles, encourages the further dissemination and application of the Guiding Principles, expresses its appreciation for the dissemination and promotion of the Guiding Principles at regional and other seminars on displacement, and encourages the Representative of the Secretary-General to continue to initiate or support such seminars in consultation with regional organizations, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and other relevant institutions, and to provide support for efforts to promote capacity-building and use of the Guiding Principles

Observa con reconocimiento que un número creciente de Estados, organismos de las Naciones Unidas y organizaciones regionales y no gubernamentales están utilizando los Principios rectores, alienta a que sigan difundiéndose y aplicándose dichos Principios, expresa su reconocimiento por la difusión y promoción de los Principios en seminarios regionales y de otro tipo sobre los desplazamientos internos y alienta al Representante del Secretario General a que siga poniendo en marcha o apoyando esos seminarios en consulta con organizaciones regionales, organizaciones intergubernamentales y no gubernamentales y otras instituciones competentes, y a que apoye la labor para promover el fomento de la capacidad y la utilización de los Principios rectores
