Since 1996 the Chamber of Soria organizes its Courses of Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL) in collaboration with the Vice-rectorate of the Valladolid University in Soria. The chamber created the International School of Soria (ISS) thanks to these courses positive evolution and the experience gained along the years.
