وعمليات الأمن التي تـُـجرى في ظل هذا النظام تنفـَّـذ من جانب مركز التخطيط والرصد، الذي أناطت به المادة # من القانون المذكور أعلاه مهمة “تقديـم المساعدة والمشورة إلى وزارة الداخلية” (تُـعرف الآن باسم وزارة العدل والأمن وحقوق الإنسان)، واللجنة المعنية بالكوارث فيما يتعلق بإدارة الشرطة وقوات الأمن للأغراض المنصوص عليه في هذا القانون

Security operations under the system are conducted by the planning and monitoring centre whose mission, according to article # of the above-mentioned Act, shall be to “assist and advice the Ministry of the Interior (now the Ministry of Justice, Security and Human Rights) and the Crisis Committee in the management of the police and security forces for the purposes provided for by the present Act

Para el ejercicio de la conducción en materia de seguridad, el sistema cuenta con el Centro de Planeamiento y Control, que según lo fija el artículo # de la Ley citada, “...tendrá por misión asistir y asesorar al Ministerio del Interior (léase actualmente Ministerio de Justicia, Seguridad y Derechos Humanos) y al Comité de Crisis en la conducción de los cuerpos policiales y fuerzas de seguridad a los efectos derivados de la presente ley
