The proposed method makes it possible to purify a raw material (high-pressure gas mixture) from one or more easily permeating components simultaneously (in particular helium, hydrogen sulphide, mercaptans, carbon dioxide, water and/or heavy hydrocarbons), increase purification efficiency (i.e. the ratio between the total area of the selectively permeable membrane in the plant, the productivity of said membrane and the specific energy consumption of the gas separation process), and provide the possibility of using (treating or preparing) raw material with a higher content of easily permeating components.

Le procédé de l'invention permet de purifier simultanément la matière de base (mélange gazeux haute pression) d'un ou plusieurs composants à haut pouvoir pénétrant (notamment, de l'hélium, du sulfate d'hydrogène, des mercaptans, du gaz carbonique, de l'eau et/ou d'hydrocarbures lourds), d'élever l'efficacité de purification (à savoir le rapport entre la surface globale de la membrane à pénétration sélective dans l'installation, sa productivité et la consommation unitaire d'énergie du processus de séparation des gaz) et d'offrir la possibilité d'utiliser (transformer ou préparer) les matières premières avec une teneur en composants à haut pouvoir pénétrant plus élevé.

Предложенный способ позволяет одновремено очищать сырье (ГСВД) от одной или нескольких ЛПК (в частности, гелия, сероводорода, меркаптанов, углекислого газа, воды и/или тяжелых углеводородов), повысить эффективность очистки (т.е. соотношения между суммарной площадью СПМ в установке, ее производительностью и удельной энергоемкостью процесса газоразделения), возможность использования (переработки или подготовки) сырья с более высоким содержанием ЛПК.
