Regulation 4.13.1 Obligation of a State to assist and cooperate with the master/owner of a vessel flying the flag of that State in identifying a stowaway, making representations to other States to assist in the removal of the stowaway from vessel at the first opportunity, and in arranging the removal and repatriation of the stowaway.

Regla 4.13.1. Obligación de los Estados de ayudar al capitán/propietario de un buque que enarbole su pabellón, y cooperar con él, en la identificación de un polizón, la petición a otros Estados de que ayuden al desembarco del polizón en la primera oportunidad, y las disposiciones necesarias para el desembarco y repatriación del polizón.
