A method for decoding a scalable video signal, according to the present invention, comprises: determining a corresponding picture belonging to a lower layer, which is used for inter-layer prediction of a current picture belonging to an upper layer; and performing inter-layer prediction of the current picture by using the determined corresponding picture in the lower layer, wherein the inter-layer prediction is limitedly performed depending on tile alignment between the upper layer and the lower layer.

Selon l'invention, un procédé de décodage d'un signal vidéo évolutif consiste: à déterminer une image correspondante appartenant à une couche inférieure et l'utiliser pour effectuer une prédiction intercouche d'une image courante appartenant à une couche supérieure; et à effectuer une prédiction intercouche de l'image courante en utilisant l'image correspondante déterminée présente dans la couche inférieure, la prédiction intercouche étant effectuée de manière limitée en fonction d'un alignement en pavés entre la couche supérieure et la couche inférieure.

본 발명에 따른 스케일러블 비디오 신호 디코딩 방법은 상위 레이어에 속한 현재 픽쳐의 레이어 간 예측을 위해 이용되는 하위 레이어에 속한 대응 픽쳐를 결정하고, 결정된 하위 레이어의 대응 픽쳐를 이용하여 현재 픽쳐의 레이어 간 예측을 수행하되, 레이어 간 예측은 상위 레이어와 하위 레이어 간의 타일 정렬 여부에 따라 제한적으로 수행된다.
