لا تُطالِب الجهة المشترية بمبلغ ضمانة العطاء، وتُسارِع إلى إعادة وثيقة الضمان أو إلى تأمين إعادتها، بعد وقوع ما يسبق أولا من الأحداث التالية:

The procuring entity shall make no claim to the amount of the tender security, and shall promptly return, or procure the return of, the security document after the earliest of the following events:

La entidad adjudicadora no reclamará suma alguna por concepto de la garantía de oferta, y devolverá o hará devolver sin demora el título de la garantía al proveedor o contratista que la haya presentado tan pronto como se dé la primera de las siguientes circunstancias:
