· The financial mechanism is further strengthened to promote energy-efficient technologies with low global warming potentials (GWPs) and to overcome barriers to the uptake of those technologies, e.g. training of technicians and equipment support in the servicing sector, demonstration and pilot projects of low-GWP and not-in-kind technologies, and revision of antiquated safety standards and legislation.

· Se sigue fortaleciendo el mecanismo financiero para promover las tecnologías de gran rendimiento energético y bajo potencial de calentamiento atmosférico (PCA) y para superar los obstáculos relacionados con la adopción de las mismas, por ejemplo, capacitación de técnicos y soporte a equipos en el sector de servicios de mantenimiento, proyectos piloto y de demostración de tecnologías de bajo PCA y que no utilizan sustancias químicas y revisión de normas y legislación obsoletas en materia de seguridad.
