ويوصي المجلس بأن تتفاوض المفوضية للحصول على خصم من رسوم خدمات المعدات والصيانة لحين استئناف المشروع؛ وأن تجدد حصر المهارات المكتسبة عن طريق الدورات التدريبية، تأهبا لاستئناف تلك التدريبات في الوقت المناسب على الوجه الأمثل.

The Board recommends that UNHCR negotiate a discount on hardware and maintenance services until the project has resumed; and update the inventory of the skills acquired through the training courses, in order to optimize in due time any resumption of such trainings.

La Junta recomienda que el ACNUR negocie un descuento del precio del equipo informático y los servicios de mantenimiento hasta que se reanude el proyecto, y que actualice el inventario de los conocimientos adquiridos en los cursos de capacitación, a fin de facilitar oportunamente en la mayor medida posible toda posible reanudación de esa actividad de capacitación.
