تحرص اللجنة التنفيذية، وفقاً لمهامهما الرامية إلى السعي للتعاون مع المبادرات والجهات والمنظمات الدولية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا، وإلى تعزيز الاتساق والتعاون في الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا، على التفاعل والتعاون بحيوية مع المؤسسات المتعددة في إطار الاتفاقية وخارجها، ومع الجهات المعنية بالتكنولوجيا من أجل المساعدة في الوفاء بولايتها العامة وتحقيق أهداف آلية التكنولوجيا.

In accordance with its functions to seek cooperation with relevant international technology initiatives, stakeholders and organizations, and to promote coherence and cooperation across technology activities, the TEC actively interacts and collaborates with various institutions under and outside of the Convention and with technology stakeholders in order to help fulfil its overall mandate and achieve the objectives of the Technology Mechanism.

De conformidad con sus funciones de entablar una cooperación con las iniciativas tecnológicas internacionales pertinentes y con los interesados y las organizaciones competentes, y de promover la coherencia y la cooperación entre las diversas actividades relacionadas con la tecnología, el CET interactúa y colabora activamente con diferentes instituciones dentro y fuera del ámbito de la Convención y con las entidades interesadas en la tecnología a fin de cumplir su mandato general y lograr los objetivos del Mecanismo Tecnológico.

Pour s’acquitter de ses fonctions qui sont de chercher à instaurer une coopération avec les initiatives, les parties prenantes et les organisations compétentes en matière de technologie au niveau international, ainsi que de promouvoir la cohérence et la coopération entre les activités relatives à la technologie, le CET entretient des relations et collabore activement avec différentes institutions dans le cadre de la Convention et en dehors de celle-ci et avec des entités dans le domaine technologique afin de s’acquitter de son mandat général et de réaliser les objectifs du Mécanisme technologique.

В соответствии со своими функциями стремиться налаживать сотрудничество с соответствующими международными технологическими инициативами, заинтересованными кругами и организациями, а также содействовать согласованности и сотрудничеству при осуществлении различных видов деятельности в области технологий ИКТ активно взаимодействует и сотрудничает с различными учреждениями как в рамках, так и вне Конвенции, равно как и с заинтересованными технологическими кругами в интересах выполнения своей общей задачи и достижения целей Механизма по технологиям.
