يقوم المشاركون، قبل انعقاد الجلسات العامة السنوية لعملية كيمبرلي وعلى النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من القسم الخامس أعلاه، بإعداد وإتاحة معلومات للمشاركين الآخرين تُبيّن كيفية القيام، كل داخل إقليمه، بتنفيذ متطلبات الخطة الدولية لإصدار الشهادات.

Participants are to prepare and make available to other Participants, in advance of annual plenary meetings of the Kimberley Process, information as stipulated in subparagraph (a) of section V above, outlining how the requirements of the Certification Scheme are being implemented within their respective jurisdictions.
