وبالرغم من نواحي القصور التي لا يزال من الضروري التغلب عليها من أجل التحقيق الكامل للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية تؤكد حكومة المكسيك في هذا التقرير إرادتها السياسية على تحقيق تمتع جميع المكسيكيين بحقوقهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وتمكينهم من ممارستها وستواصل العمل بإصرار في هذا السبيل.

Notwithstanding the shortcomings which remain and which must be overcome for the full attainment of ESCRs, the Government of Mexico confirms in this report its political will to bring about the enjoyment and exercise of these and all the rights of its people and will continue to work determinedly to complete that task.

No obstante todas las deficiencias que permanecen y que deben de superarse para la plena realización de los DESC, el Gobierno de México ratifica en este informe su voluntad política para alcanzar el goce y ejercicio de éstos y todos los derechos de su población, y seguirá trabajando de manera decidida para alcanzar esta meta.

Невзирая на сохраняющиеся трудности на пути полного осуществления ЭСКП, в контексте настоящего доклада правительство Мексики выражает свою политическую решимость добиваться обеспечения условий для реализации как этих, так и всех остальных прав человека, и будет неустанно стремиться к достижению этой цели.
