本发明方法包括:网络侧接收到用户发起的承载资源分配请求时,若当前已激活的EPS承载的个数已达到或超过设定上限,则所述网络侧根据所述承载资源分配请求中携带的QCI从当前已激活的EPS承载中查找EPS承载,如果查找到有EPS承载所对应的QCI与所述承载资源分配请求中携带的QCI相同,则对所查找到的EPS承载进行专有承载修改操作,以响应所述承载资源分配请求。 使用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,可以有效减少EPC承载资源浪费,降低时延,提高系统利用效率,实现承载资源的合理分配。
