(1) Jeder Mitgliedstaat nimmt jedem mindestens 14 Jahre alten Drittstaatsangehörigen oder Staatenlosen, der – aus einem Drittstaat kommend – beim illegalen Überschreiten der Grenze dieses Mitgliedstaats auf dem Land-, See- oder Luftweg von den zuständigen Kontrollbehörden aufgegriffen und nicht zurückgewiesen wird oder der sich weiterhin im Hoheitsgebiet der Mitgliedstaaten aufhält und dessen Bewegungsfreiheit während des Zeitraums zwischen dem Aufgreifen und der Abschiebung auf der Grundlage eines Rückführungsbeschlusses nicht durch Haft, Gewahrsam oder Festnahme beschränkt wurde, unverzüglich den Abdruck aller Finger ab.

1. Each Member State shall promptly take the fingerprints of all fingers of every third-country national or stateless person of at least 14 years of age who is apprehended by the competent control authorities in connection with the irregular crossing by land, sea or air of the border of that Member State having come from a third country and who is not turned back or who remains physically on the territory of the Member States and who is not kept in custody, confinement or detention during the entirety of the period between apprehension and removal on the basis of the decision to turn him or her back.

(1) Az egyes tagállamok haladéktalanul ujjlenyomatot vesznek a 14. életévét betöltött valamennyi olyan harmadik országból érkező harmadik országbeli állampolgártól vagy hontalan személytől, akit az illetékes ellenőrző hatóságok az illető tagállam szárazföldi, légi vagy tengeri határainak jogellenes átlépése miatt elfogtak, és nem toloncoltak vissza, illetve aki a tagállamok területén marad és nincs őrizetben, elzárás, vagy fogvatartás alatt az elfogás és a visszairányítási határozat alapján történő kiutasítása közötti teljes időszakban.

(1) Fiecare stat membru ia, în mod prompt amprente digitale ale tuturor degetelor fiecărui resortisant al unei țări terțe sau apatrid cu vârsta de cel puțin 14 ani care a fost reținut de către autoritățile de control competente pentru trecerea neregulamentară a frontierei unui stat membru pe uscat, apă sau calea aerului, venind dintr-o țară terță și care nu este returnat sau care rămâne fizic pe teritoriul statelor membre și care nu este ținut în custodie, izolare sau detenție pe întreaga perioadă scursă de la reținere la expulzarea efectuată pe baza deciziei de returnare.
