Nuclear States Parties must shoulder their responsibilities in accordance with their comprehensive undertaking with regard to the provisions of the Treaty and halt their direct or indirect transfer to Israel of nuclear weapons or nuclear delivery systems, and should not assist Israel in any way in matters related to its nuclear capabilities.
