In February 2011, the Tribunal decided to adopt the second option which has the advantage of making use of existing resources and limiting any financial increase, and, in light of these additional responsibilities, to propose the reclassification of the post of Administrative Officer (P-3) to the P-4 level and to amend the title to “Head of Personnel, Building and Security”.

В феврале 2011 года Трибунал решил пойти на второй вариант (он предпочтителен тем, что задействуются уже имеющиеся ресурсы и сдерживается рост расходов) и, учитывая появление этих дополнительных обязанностей, предложить реклассификацию (с С‐3 на С‐4) должности администратора с изменением ее наименования на «начальника кадровой, хозяйственной и охранной служб».
