(ج) أن يشتمل صك الطلاق على نص واضح خاص بتسوية أوضاع الأبناء فيما يتعلق بأوراقهم الثبوتية، (وإلى جانب صك الطلاق، يسلم كل طرف بطاقة الهوية الوطنية الخاصة به بعد تحديث معلوماتها بحذف الطرف الآخر وإضافة الأبناء، كما يسلم الأب سجل الأسرة (دفتر العائلة) بعد تحديث معلوماته، وتسلم الأم الحاضنة نسخة أصلية من سجل الأسرة مع إعطائها صلاحية استخراج الوثائق اللازمة لأبنائها؛

In addition to the divorce document, each party will receive a national identity card after their information has been updated by deleting the other party and adding the children. The father will receive the family record (the family book) after the information has been updated, and the mother who has custody will receive an original copy of the family record giving her power to extract the necessary documents for her children.

c) Inclure dans l’acte de divorce une disposition claire sur le règlement de la situation des enfants, quant aux pièces d’identité, prévoyant la délivrance à chaque partie d’une copie de l’acte de divorce, et d’une carte d’identité nationale mise à jour (suppression du nom marital et ajout de celui des enfants) et la remise du livret de famille au père, après actualisation des informations y figurant, et d’une copie de ce document à la mère qui obtient la garde des enfants, avec la possibilité de demander l’établissement des documents nécessaires pour ses enfants ;
