تطلب إلى جميع الدول منع الإعدام التعسفي أو بلا محاكمة، والتعذيب، وجميع أنواع العنف والاستغلال التي تمس الأطفال الذين يعملون و/أو يعيشون في الشارع وغير ذلك من الانتهاكات لحقوقهم، وإحضار مرتكبي هذه الانتهاكات أمام العدالة، واعتماد وتنفيذ سياسات لحماية الأطفال وإعادة تأهيلهم وإعادة إدماجهم، وتوخي حلول اقتصادية واجتماعية لمعالجة مشاكل الأطفال الذين يعملون و/أو يعيشون في الشارع؛

Calls upon all States to prevent arbitrary and summary executions, torture, all kinds of violence against and exploitation of children working and/or living on the street and other violations of their rights, and to bring the perpetrators to justice, to adopt and implement policies for the protection, rehabilitation and reintegration of these children, and to adopt economic and social solutions to address the problems of children working and/or living on the street;

Pide a todos los Estados que impidan las ejecuciones arbitrarias y sumarias, la tortura, todas las formas de violencia contra los niños que trabajan y/o viven en la calle y su explotación, así como otras violaciones de sus derechos humanos, y que lleven a los autores de esas violaciones ante la justicia, aprueben y apliquen políticas de protección, rehabilitación y reintegración de esos niños, y adopten soluciones económicas y sociales para tratar de resolver los problemas de los niños que trabajan y/o viven en la calle;
