Die vorliegende ERfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von rekombinanten Trypsin aus Schweinepankreas in Pichia pastoris löslich und sekretiert in das Kulturmedium, wobei duch Expression bei pH 3,0 - 4,0 die Aktivierung von Trypsinogen zu $g(b)-Trypsin und die Autolyse von $g(b)-Trypsin über $g(a)-Trypsin zu $g(e)-Trypsin und von da aus zu inaktiven Peptiden weigtehend verhindert wird.

The invention relates to a method for producing recombinant trypsin from the pancreas of a pig which is soluble in Pichia pastoris and secreted into the culture medium, whereby expression at pH 3,0 - 4,0 substantially prevents activation of trypsinogen into $g(b) trypsin and the autolysis of $g(b) trypsin by trypsin into$m(e) trypsin and from there into inactive peptides.

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la préparation de trypsine recombinée à partir de pancréas de porc soluble dans Pichia pastoris et sélectionnée dans le milieu de culture, l'expression à un pH de 3,0 - 4,0 empêchant dans une large mesure l'activation du trypsinogène pour donner $g(b)-trypsine et l'autolyse de $g(b)-trypsine par $g(a)-trypsine pour donner $g(e)-trypsine et à partir de celle-ci des peptides inactifs.
