وفقاً لطلبي مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورتيه الثانية والثالثة، يغطي التقرير المقدم إليه من المجلس التنفيذي الفترة الممتدة من الدورة السابقة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف إلى اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي الذي يسبـق مباشرة الاجتماع الذي يعقده المجلس بالاقتران مع دورة مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف (المقرر 1/م أإ-2، الفقرة 11، والمقرر 2/م أإ-3، الفقرة 7).

� Following the requests of the CMP at its second and third sessions, the report of the Board to the CMP covers the period from the previous session of the CMP to the Board meeting that takes place just prior to the one held in conjunction with the session of the CMP (decision 1/CMP.2, paragraph 11, and decision 2/CMP.3, paragraph 7).
