”يقرر كذلك أن تودع نسبة 5 في المائة من العائدات المشار إليها في الفقرة 20 أعلاه في صندوق التعويضات المنشأ وفقا للقرار 687 (1991) والقرارات اللاحقة ذات الصلة، وأن يكون هذا المطلب ملزما لحكومة العراق الممثلة للشعب المعترف بها دوليا المشكَّلة حسب الأصول وأي خلـف لها، ما لم تقرر خلاف ذلك حكومة العراق الممثلة للشعب المعترف بها دوليا، ومجلس إدارة صندوق الأمم المتحدة للتعويضات، ممارسة منه لسلطته على طرق كفالة تسديد المدفوعات في صندوق التعويضات“.

“[d]ecides further that 5 per cent of the proceeds referred to in paragraph 20 above shall be deposited into the Compensation Fund established in accordance with resolution 687 (1991) and subsequent relevant resolutions and that, unless an internationally recognized, representative government of Iraq and the Governing Council of the United Nations Compensation Commission, in the exercise of its authority over methods of ensuring that payments are made into the Compensation Fund, decide otherwise, this requirement shall be binding on a properly constituted, internationally recognized, representative government of Iraq and any successor thereto”.

“decide además que el 5% del producto de las ventas a que se hace referencia en el párrafo precedente se deposite en el Fondo de Indemnización establecido de conformidad con la resolución 687 (1991) y las resoluciones posteriores en la materia y que, a menos que un gobierno del Iraq reconocido internacionalmente y representativo y el Consejo de Administración de la Comisión de Indemnización de las Naciones Unidas, en ejercicio de su autoridad sobre los métodos para hacer los pagos al Fondo de Indemnización, decidan otra cosa, este requisito sea obligatorio para un gobierno del Iraq debidamente constituido, internacionalmente reconocido y representativo y para cualquiera de sus sucesores”.

«постановляет далее, что 5 процентов от поступлений, упомянутых в пункте 20 выше, должны направляться в Компенсационный фонд, учрежденный согласно резолюции 687 (1991) и последующим соответствующим резолюциям, и что, если международно признанное представительное правительство Ирака и Совет управляющих Компенсационной комиссии Организации Объединенных Наций во исполнение своих полномочий в отношении методов обеспечения того, чтобы платежи перечислялись в Компенсационный фонд, не примут решения об ином, это требование будет иметь обязательный характер для сформированного надлежащим образом международно признанного представительного правительства Ирака и любых его правопреемников».
