ويُقترح أيضاً دفع رسم المحكم على النحو التالي: عندما يقدم المدعي طلب التحكيم وبيان الدعوى إلى الكيان المحايد، يُطلب إليه في الوقت نفسه أن يدفع إلى الكيان المحايد، كوديعة عن رسم المحكم وتكاليفه، 25 في المائة من مبلغ الرسم الثابت للمحكم المعيَّن في القضية (مما يمثل نصف الحصة المترتبة على المدعي البالغة 50 في المائة من رسم المحكم).

It is further proposed that the arbitrator’s fee be paid as follows: when the claimant files a request for arbitration and statement of claim with the neutral entity, he or she would be required simultaneously to pay to the neutral entity, as a deposit towards the arbitrator’s fee and costs, 25 per cent of the amount of the arbitrator’s fixed fee for the case (representing one half of the claimant’s 50 per cent share of the arbitrator’s fee).

Se propone además que los honorarios del árbitro se paguen de la manera siguiente: cuando el demandante presente a la entidad neutral una solicitud de arbitraje y un escrito de demanda, se le exigirá que al mismo tiempo pague a la entidad neutral, como depósito respecto de los honorarios y las costas del árbitro, el 25% de los honorarios fijos que corresponderían al árbitro en la causa (es decir la mitad del 50% que el demandante debe pagar por ese concepto).
